Who We Are
NEW Solutions supports the critical missions and temporary project support needs of federal agencies, across the United States. As a national nonprofit active in all 50 states, NEW Solutions serves as a bridge, connecting federal agencies with thousands of highly qualified professionals, ages 55+, from both the private and public sectors.
By leveraging the expertise of experienced professionals NEW Solutions supports efficient and economical public service delivery to help during temporary work gaps and on specialized projects.
What We Do
NEW Solutions partners with federal agencies to offer high-quality, merit-based project support opportunities to workers ages 55+. Experienced workers, known as “enrollees,” provide cost-effective mission critical project support that helps agencies achieve their initiatives.
By utilizing proven recruitment strategies tailored to meet an agency’s project-specific needs, NEW Solutions finds seasoned professionals with the right experience, training, and expertise for each project. NEW Solutions handles all administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, Human Resources, and payroll.

Our History
NEW Solutions began operations in 1997 as a national nonprofit, focused on promoting experienced workers as a valuable and critical component of cost-effective public service delivery. What started with a single program in partnership with a federal agency, now supports the needs of over a dozen federal agencies and enhances the lives of thousands of experienced professionals across the nation.
