Rhyneta joins NEW Solutions as a Program Management Specialist for our ACES Program.
Prior to joining NEW Solutions in 2019, Rhyneta Fleming spent over 21 years working for the University of Maryland, College Park where she held her most recent position as the Director of Administrative Services. Rhyneta’s main duties with NEW Solutions includes, assisting with all aspects of the NRCS and the Forest Service ACES Program operations and activities.
Rhyneta holds a BS in Accounting and Computer Studies and a MS in Financial Management and Accounting, both obtained at the University of Maryland University College.
