We are pleased to welcome Monica Curtis-Heflin to the NEW Solutions Team.
Monica joined NEW Solutions in July 2020 as an ACES Recruiter/Program Specialist with over 20 years of recruiting, human resources, operations management, and administrative experience. She earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Bowie State University, is a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), holds a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC), and is currently pursuing a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Monica continues to volunteer her time across organizations helping the homeless, elderly, children, and the underserved. She has a passion for positively impacting the lives of others and is delighted to be working with such a supportive and collaborative team at NEW Solutions. An avid golfer, she enjoys travelling with her husband, and spending time with her dad, a 90+ year young, retired US Air Force military veteran.
